All products offered by Invitation Fairy are digital. No physical items will be shipped.
Upon purchase, you will receive a digital download link to access your design or template.

All templates and digital designs are for personal use only.
You may edit, customize, and print your purchased files for your own event or personal project.
You may not:

3. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once a digital file or template has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.

4. Template Access
Our templates are hosted and edited via Canva, a third-party design platform.
You’ll need a free Canva account to edit your purchase. We are not responsible for Canva’s service availability, system updates, or policy changes.
5. Customization Limitations
You may edit all text, fonts, and colors in your template. However, graphic design elements (such as illustrations, backgrounds, and decorative artwork) are not editable.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the design meets your needs.
